well, recently (february) i had some friends from my grandfathers family over in my house. they were from the states. and i tried to show them a bit about the nightlife in holland. so i showed them the DVD of sensation 2003. they didn't what they saw... and they didnt really like the music but still, all the effects, everybody in the same colour, the fact that there were 40.000 people in it...and its not the first time. everytime i tell an american about sensation or another party, there pretty amazed. (i have spent alot of my vacations in usa)so my suggestion: HOLLAND!!!!

Tho in germany the term "no sound limits" actually has some meaning

Well I've been clubbing in the UK, Germany and Holland and I'd have to say Holland, it pisses all over our events.

definitly nederland. it's not only cheese and windmills we're famous about. it's especially pot & party's!!

Definitely Holland although the late, lamented Berlin Love Parade (especially all the things surrounding it) is still THE event, of course The best thing about Dutch parties compared to U.S. parties is imho that the main object of the latter is to be seen (*do* expects comments on how you look!) while Dutch parties are mostly for having fun and enjoying the music & atmosphere

Certain knowing in the Netherlands

Although they have some sick parties in the UK too. I went to Transmission in Alexandra Palace in London and this was huge even for dutch standards. It was in a fucking palace!!! there was good visuals and very good sound with pretty much all the electronic styles of music Drumnbass trance oldskool hardcore hardhouse. You don't see all those together in one place in Holland that much anymore. But yea in general Holland is godverrodomme het hardste (Holland is the goddamned fucking hardest) and it proves to be true.

I *am* planning to do some partying in the UK too, somewhere this year (or maybe next year)... I've been told that it's lots of fun there too!

I think the best party in the world would be me and some nice chickz on a desolate tropical island...*** sniff vinyl ***

I don't know where & when they have good parties in UK, each i went there it wasn't so good... so if you have some dates & adresses...

Ugh spit on Hardhouse....The scene is dying, it's only big in London....It was good when it exploded in 2000/2001/2002 but now its crap.

People say Holland! They come from all over the world. The English, German and Belgian people come for Sensation to Holland. And that is only one of the parties...

Sensation?? Holland is the best because we are pioneers in festivals like Dance Valley and Mysteryland and also parties with harder styles

Yeah, I know that. I don't think that Sensation is one of the best parties of Holland! Last year it wasn't so good.
But that was not what I meant to say here... DV and ML are one of the best, my meaning at least.

Duh! Then I have to mention this festival: Nature One in Germany near Koblenz.50000 partymotherfuckers going nuts on a abandoned american missile base. Several bunkers with different parties like Techno, Acid, Hardcore, trance, Club and much more.Check this one out: www.nature-one.deIn my opninion one of the best parties in europe each year!
And i'm really happy to be one of the dj'z in the line-up and then:.. this party lasts for three days!!!!

I guess Nature One would have been nice, but somehow I think it's not going to happen for me anymore while I had no problems going to the Love Parade on my own (in Berlin I know my way around a bit & always make sure I get a nice hotel room close to where it's all happening), I just can't figure myself doing somthing like Nature One the same way... I'd feel like "Some Old Geezer All Alone With His Little Tent"

GREAT social atmosphere, great unity... great music... people are SUPER open and nice.. and this has nothing to do with crazy amounts of ... infact, very very few out of these 2000 do any type of drug.... I rank it as equally/more fun than going to the big parties in germany/holland...
