The Outside Agency
These guys really don't need an introduction if you've been at any major event in the past decade. Their wide variety of productions and styles means that no performance is ever the same, except for the very technical mixing. We gave them 2 hours and 4 decks to play around with, what better way to guarantee a true Intersection of styles?
Mental Wreckage aka Warchetype
Yet another powerhouse in the industrial hardcore scene, this man has earned his stripes several times over. You may know him as the head honcho of the late Symp.tom label, or from his performances at events like Defqon 1, Ground Zero, Hellraiser, Nightmare and many more. He’s a man of many faces, and with his latest moniker Warchetype he’s bound to tear up the dancefloor at Intersection.
War is Inevitable vs Greg D
War is Inevitable is a man who lives up to his name, employing weapons like Drum n Bass, UK Hardcore, Breakcore and Acid to assert his dominance in audio warfare. He’s being doing this as a part of Hit n Run soundsystem, but his skills have not gone unnoticed beyond the scene, resulting in performances on Q-Base and the upcoming Qore 3.0
Facing him in battle will be Greg D, and we could not think of a more worthy man for the job. The founder of Leg Breakin’ Events has been rocking the Drum n Bass scene for many years as Chimeara/Greg D, but he doesn’t stop there. As an instructor at the Ill with the Skill DJ Academy, he’s been educating people in the finer arts of turntablism.
His suitcase is packed with vinyl ranging from Dubstep to UK Hardcore, arming these two with a vast arsenal of styles to throw at Intersection.
Deluge of Sound
Speaking of living up to the name, Deluge of Sound’s moniker could not have been more fitting. Taking Drum n Bass and Darkstep to the extreme with an uncompromising barrage of rampaging snare drums, this man brings his unique style to Intersection. Brace yourselves for a whole new level of madness, courtesy of Deluge of Sound.
Demanufacturer
This up and coming producer is putting his mark on the industrial hardcore scene. His tracks are being played around the globe and he’s also hosting his own series of parties in The Hague by the name of Machinery. When throwing down a DJ set, Demanufacturer presents an intriguing mixture of powernoise and industrial hardcore fused together into a pounding mass, taking the place apart one distorted kick at a time.
Makebelieve vs Foxhound
When either you know these guys from their unwearying support of vinyl, their love for anything that involves hard snares and rough kicks or the fact that each of them has secured a well-deserved place on the PRSPCT parties by winning seperate contests, one thing is certain: this will be a finale in style. Makebelieve and Foxhound will take Intersection to the edge with an hour of relentless UK Hardcore.
Krauser
As a host of a weekly show on Fear.FM, Krauser has shown to be a master of his craft: Hardcore. In the many episodes he has explored the genre thoroughly; showcasing every side hardcore has to offer. No surprise that this talented DJ has performed twice at the mecca of underground hardcore: Club r_AW. This January, Krauser will bring the core to Intersection.
