Biografie
·Mani Festo is a Jungle / Bass producer from the South East. His music pays homage to the golden years of UK Rave music.
Mani Festo has been Djing and producing under numerous aliases for almost ten years. Located in Brighton he has been developing his own style of sonic experiments inspired by a love of the original sounds of Hardcore and Jungle. His quest for knowledge has seen him delve deep into the history of the scene, drawing his influences from all of its many corners.
He began his journey into music playing Drum & Bass at free parties and clubs across the south coast supporting some of the biggest names in the scene. He worked hard to hone his skills behind the decks, impressing crowds and promoters with an eclectic mixing style and deep selection.
He went on to produce 130bpm bass music deeply rooted in Hardcore and Jungle, landing releases on labels such as Swamp 81 and Durkle Disco. This saw him perform across the UK and beyond, with numerous appearances on Rinse FM and some large UK festival stages.
