Time to celebrate the African way and reconnect with our Primordial Roots.
This edition the lovely Kennia Romero will guide the Cacao Ceremony and will invite you to express yourself into movement and sound. Accompanied by the great Jembé percussionist Ibou Ndong (& Friends) originating from Senegal, playing rhytms that make your body dance and your hips shake, weather you want it or not
IxCacao is a cacao infused dancing party happening every 3th saturday of the month at Odessa Amsterdam.
A juicy, deep and wild dancing experience, starting with a cacao ceremony by a set of tribal, shamanic, folkloric and electronic music mixed by Dj Yarun Dee.
IxCacao is the goddess of cacao, love and fertility. Everything she embodies has been our inspiration for this new celebration.

The music Yarun Dee plays is a fusion of electronic music rooted in shamanic, folkloric and tribal sounds from around the planet. The feeling on the dance floor is spacious and grounding simultaneously. Heart opening and compelling melodies, strong and earthy beats. Rhythms that make your body want to dance, your mind to become silent and your spirit to expand in extacy.

THEOBROMA CACAO is a unique plant that originated in the deep tropical regions of South America. The name THEOBROMA literally means FOOD OF THE GODS.
When drinking a cup of cacao elixir very soon it will become clear why they gave it this name.
CACAO lets the heart expand and might increase feelings of love, happiness and ecxtacy. It invites to become more aware of what is already present inside of you.
So cacao won’t bring you anything that isn’t there already, it just opens some doors inside.

€15 (150 people only!) including cacao elixer and Sauna & Hot Tub on the top deck.
THE CACAO CEREMONY WILL START AT 22:30, SO BE IN TIME IF YOU LIKE TO JOIN, AS DOWNSTAIRS WILL TEMPORARILY CLOSE UNTIL THE CEREMONY ENDS AND THE DANCE WILL START AROUND 23:15h.
