on 9th June, Blends will touchdown at the Suicide Club in Rotterdam, where it’s all about Afro music. The previous and first edition was sold out.
Blends has come to fruition because of the believe of a group that believed African music could takeover the world. One of the key ingredients to make this possible, is to bridge the gap between commercial and underground. From hot singles to songs you have never heard before, ranging from the West African Afrobeat sound to the South African Afrohouse scene, mixed up with your favorite urban chart topping club bangers.
Expect Blends to be very Afro centric, but more important, Blends will cater to the newskoolerz as well as the old heads with only good vibes and great music. Check out the Blends mixtape on soundcloud to get a taste of the Blends vibes and sound.

Your music will be served by Henry X, also known as afrobreat pioneer in the Netherlands. In 2016 he released your favorite Afro club smash ‘Like This’ featuring the one and only Wizkid. Surprising a guest dj and your host for the night will be the energetic @ MC Gary Black.
The Suicide Club is located on the 8th floor of the " Groothandelsgebouw" building (next to Rotterdam CS)
Right next to Café Engels is the main entrance of the Groothandelsgebouw. Walk in here and head towards the courtyard where you will find the entrance of the club.
