Tim Wolff verscheen deze week in Dave Clarke's "top ten list" met een unreleased promo.
De nieuwe EP Señor Swanky van Tim Wolff op het EevoNext label van Estroe.
"Amsterdam's Tim Wolff returns to EevoNext Recordings with the EP Señor Swanky. As with his debut Sostenuto EP (also on EevoNext) a variety of styles is on offer. The title track sports a smooth trumpet solo set to a relentless bass line, resulting in a jazzy, swaying deephouse cut. It is followed by God Bless You Detroit, a hypnotic deeptechno affair that has dubby delayed synths circling a melancholic vocal sample. On Does That Count, the third track, a young woman's voice, reminiscent of The Orbs Little Fluffy Clouds, lingers over lush organ chords and a vintage plucked bass. Last but not least comes EevoNext big wig Estroe's remix of Señor Swanky, who turns it into a thumping, tight techno tune."
