Helius ZHAMIQ is a multidisciplinary artist : musician, composer, DJ, producer, night events organizer, graphic designer and plastician (he made architectural studies).
On the behalf of various mysterious pseudonyms, HZ is an artist with various musical faces trying to go to the extreme limits of the actual music through many artistic approaches as well as technical and technological. Combination of calm and violence, celestial and aquatic, mixing classical and very modern sonorousness, this sounds Machiavel with a disconcerting facility, invite all the curious people on the music gateway of the electronica incognita.
HZ cannot be classified in any contemporary musical area because he is performing in different and strange universes according to his personal feelings. Hell be very pleased to share his musical world with anyone.
From 1988 to 1993 he performed as a guitarist/keyboard player in various metal and experimental band particularly working with :
Fist of Fury, drummer of Spectral Presence with whom he created MALARIA Arnaud Rebotini who was at that time the singer of Swamp OLive, Karkkbrain drummer with whom he worked on the jungles project.S.L.K. (Sun Loop King)
Discovering Lizan Eliaz at the end of 92, this musical revelation lead him to the turntables and the fascinating world of the experimental techno hardcore. In 94 he started composing music on hardware with his old pal Fist of Fury and then alone in 95.
In 1996, he is cooperating with the K-BAL Hardcore Sound System to organize hardcore/speedcore night events under two labels :
- K-NI-BAL records (hardcore/speedcore experimental)
- K-NA-BEAST records (break experimental/breakcore)
Since then HZ is working on :
- Organizing night events with the K-BAL Hardcore Sound System
- The K-NI-BAL and K-NA-BEAST productions along with the graphic creations
- Live animations (A.I.D.S. : Annihilation In Decadent System)
- DJ Animations for night events and free parties (Helius Zhamiq with 3 turntables minimum): techno, jungle/drum & bass, hardcore/speedcore, and experimental ambiance.

Axiom aka Ton Pire Cauchemar(Klinykal/Koréïne/Destruction Rcds/Party Uniq). He fell into the electronic music at the end of the Eighties with New Beat, Acid House or of the mythical groups like The KLF. He attends the Parisian electronic scene since more 12 years where he could see the largest played DJ' S. He is influenced by people like Laurent GARNIER, Jeff MILLS, Liza N 'ELIAS for his hardcore side as well as La Peste(Hangars Liquides), Richie HAWTIN, Miss KITTIN, Radio Mentale, DJ HELL etc etc ........ and well of others still. He started to mix around 17 years in private evenings, then in 1998 he met the KLINYKAL (collective Hardcore of which he makes partys) which enabled him to play in FREE parties increasingly large Parties and final, mixed with DJ' S, Livers, and labels like RADIUM, Speedy' X, Armaguet NAD, Helius ZHAMIQ (K-BAL/K-NI-BAL rcds), La Peste, Budburnerz, KTS, No Name and Mouse (Fischkoft, Hangars Liquidate) Apocalypse Rcds crew, CSR, Bagheera, Trauma XP, Gabba Front Berlin, Pain Alliance, Noise Junky, Lawrencium, Neurocore, Lenklume…. Its characteristic, to play with 3 or 4 desks!!!!!!!!! godverdomme hoorde dat het vet was. Jammer dat ik het gemist heb, maar kan nu wel lopen, als ik er geweest was was in nu vast invalide of zo.
pff echt deze sound
Kwam binnen rond 23:15 ofzo tijdens Stereotommy. Eerste nummer dat ik hoorde was Neurocore - Transsexual Paranoia. Verder echt meteen vol gas, enorm rammen. Mixtecnisch soms wel lachwekkend, maar de tracklist maakte echt alles goed.
Hierna was het de beurt aan Axiom, die begon met een lange ambient intro en daarna was het oogjes dicht en gaan. Wat een muziek, wat een heerlijke gevoel, verdwalen in geluid.
Molok: Eerste half uur was echt schandalig goed vond ik zelf, dacht dat in een oorlog was beland. Z o intens. 2e dee; van de set was minder, wat meer vlakke "normale" speedcore. Af en toe nog leuk nummertje.
Saouleterre: Erg aparte set, maar erg cool eigenlijk. Ook anders dan zijn releases. Speedcore stukken die als het helemaal dreigde los te barsten, weer overgingen in een breakbeat + technoloop en dat herhaalde zich dan een tijd. Echt cool, laatste stuk echt hard.
No Name: Laatste keer dat ik haar zag, was het alle remmen los (in combinatie met Mouse, die zorgt imo voor wat meer ramwerk). Dit keer begon het heel spacend, met snel oplopende kicks die zeg maar naar de achtergrond waren gedrukt. Af en toe kwamen die kicks dan naar voren en dan was het alle hens aan dek, dan zwakte het weer af, ramde het weer en ze sloot af met wat ambient geluiden. Heel vet, niet rammen zoals Project Mayhem, maar heel anders.
Helius Zhamiq: Eerste half uur echt absurd, Neurocore plaatje op 45 touren, supervette franse sounds. Vervolgens 10 minuten aan wat rechtaan speedcore, toen in ene wat "oudere" franse plaatjes (geen speedcore) een Rotator track en weer afsluiten op snelheid. Kicken
Nog paar punten:
Geluid was best zacht, maar als je voor de box stond en in de muziek zat was het niet storend vond ik.
1x WC ingelopen terwijl chick stond te pissen, kon een lach niet onderdrukken.
1x zat ik zelf te scheiten, toen een kerel kwam binnengelopen, kon een lach niet onderdrukken.
Al met al dus hulde aan deze avond, gevuld met snelheid, bliepjes & No Name on dope.
