Liberation is the answer to the lack of Soulful, Deep & Afro House oriented events. Nowadays there are plenty of organized events that are focused on the mainstream audience and where they only play radio and television hits. Our main goal is to share great music with our audience. We feel it is very important that there is a storyline in the music that will be played at our parties. So it's necessary to choose the right artists and place these in the right order.
We believe that music has the quality to unite the audience. The combination of Soulful, Deep & Afro House within a storyline with a relaxed atmosphere is the perfect formula to free any person from their boring daily routine.
Liberation = free yourself from your boring daily routine.
Soulful Deep & Afro House is characterized by the use of instruments and vocals. This music contains a somewhat slower pace than other 'dance' styles. That makes this style of music very accessible. This music style has made a big progress in several major download portals. Slowly but surely Soulful, Deep & Afro House is winning more and more territory. The great artists, labels and agencies in the scene had a stage during the 'Amsterdam Dance Event' and 'the Winter Music Conference'. Our goal is to infect everyone with 'the Soulful allergy'!

L'afrique decided to do it twice as big this year. Instead of one there will be two 2 L'Afrique events in the North Sea Jazz Club Amsterdam!
