Irakli

Trained under Kalashnikov rule during the space race, Irakli was sent to a planet just outside of our galaxy. Later, he returned home, where he passes as an unassuming Earthling and functions as a DJ. He is stationed in Berlin, manipulating drones and hypnotizing people as the I of I/Y.
