Micky da Funk

Gianmichele Nappi, aka Micky da Funk,was born in Scafati (nr Naples), Italy on 5th April 1982, the 5th of 6 children ITALIAN DJ brothers, Costantino Nappi & Micky da Funk (Gian Michele Nappi), began playing together in 1998 experimenting with many different and diverse genres such as techno, house, Minimal, tech house,Funk, deep house dub techno into their sets. This mixture of styles produced a unique and avid following in the clubs of Europe.In 2003 their vision was further progressed by producing for labels such as; UNIVERSAL, Bush Records, 1605 Music Therapy, NETSWORK RECORDS, ITALO BUSINESS, NATURA VIVA, FREQUENZA REC, NOLOGIK, creating numerous chart successes for artists such as Todd Terry and Carl Cox,Umek,Dandi & Ugo, Piatto, Angy Kore,Spartaque,J&S Project, Hollen, Daniele Petronelli, Aloe Black,Kenneth Bager, Tom Piper, Tommy Trash, Stefano Lotti, Tom Hades, and many moore...In addition Costantino and Micky da Funk have been heard across the airwaves of some of the worlds most influential radio stations, including but not limited to; BBC Radio UK, MINISTRY OF SOUND UK RADIO, RADIO DJ (ITA), M2O (ITA) RADIO IBIZA (ITA).Their profile is growing day by day and is played and supported by a large number of world best DJ's and Producers.
