Biografie
The Gumbo Kings are a Dutch supergroup that combines the groove of New Orleans Funk with the grittiness of Delta Blues and the melodies of Memphis Soul.
The five Gumbo Kings are young but seasoned heavy cats who already performed the world over, from the USA and Italy to the tiny Azores Islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
This band is their lovechild, as they wish to pass on their love for all that great Southern stuff to new generations of festivalgoers and old school aficionados alike. So check out what these dudes got cookin' for you!
