50 years of hiphop at the Dark Side of the Moon

Niet alleen is het 50 jaar geleden dat het legendarische album "Dark Side of the Moon" van Pink Floyd het levenslicht zag tevens vond in 1973 de geboorte plaats van de hiphop beweging in The Bronx, NYC. Reden voor de Mega Record & CD Fair om aan beide verjaardagen uitgebreid aandacht te schenken. Er is een tentoonstelling over 50 jaar hiphop, een veiling van unieke Herman Brood items door Omega Auctions UK, Manuel Decker exposeert: "The Pop Art Covers" én niet te vergeten het legendarische album Dark Side of the Moon van Pink Floyd bestaat vijftig jaar.
We have dealers from all corners of the world, coming from as far as the USA, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, South Korea and every European country. Together they fill more than 16,000 square metres. The genres on sale across an area the size of nearly two football fields vary in equal amount. Krautrock, Speed metal, Prog. Nederbeat, South African jazz, Cape Verde folk, you name it. If there’s a record you’re looking for chances are it’s here in one of our 550 stalls. We are the world's undisputed largest record fair with an unprecedented number of visitors.
But RecordPlanet is more than just the biggest record fair in the world. It’s a place where people meet, connect and share their love and passion for music and vinyl, we feature an auction, exhibitions, autograph and listening sessions, book presentations and live performances.

Together they fill more than 16,000 square metres. The genres on sale across an area the size of nearly two football fields vary in equal amount. Krautrock, Speed metal, Prog. Nederbeat, South African jazz, Cape Verde folk, you name it. If there’s a record you’re looking for chances are it’s here in one of our 550 stalls. Buy your ticket in the online pre-sale and save money and time by not having to stand in line at the cash desk. Children up to 15 years of age, if accompanied by an adult, have free admission.
The build-up day of the fair is always on Friday. But this day is also traditionally the day that people from the industry can meet, network and do business with each other. To ensure safety during the build-up on Friday, only a LIMITED number of tickets are available for this Friday. As an extra bonus, this exclusive ticket also gives you the opportunity to visit the fair during the regular fair weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Opening hours: Saturday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 17:00.
