Biografie
The given name of T-one is Toine Goossens, born in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands at May 17th 1973.
He started to get involved in music at a very early age, inspired by some music stations that broadcasted remixes that were created by for instance Peter Gelderblom, Peter Slaghuis and Ben Liebrand.
Inspired by them Toine got more and more interested in the art of mixing and remixing.
In his bedroom he started experimenting with the well-known Technics turntables, computers, samplers and synthesizers. As a result Toine was invited to show his skills in several discotheques and clubs in the region of Bergen op Zoom.
True out the years Toine developed himself within the music from that era. In the beginning, at early age he was inspired by mainstream and Hip Hop music, but soon he got inspired by house music in which he developed himself from that moment on.
Currently he mostly uses Tech-house, Progressive, Classics and EDM in his remixes.
Toine regularly attended in DJ-contest throughout the country and at some time also won the competition in a local DJ-contest.
As a result in 2008 Toine was approached by a local bar in Bergen op Zoom to show his skills every weekend as a resident DJ.
Career
In 2010 Toine also started with producing. With that he was helped by DJ Aroused, who has his one record label call Aroused records. The record label is also helping him with his first release.
As a result Toine got a booking for the Kings Night event, which resulted in bookings for several events.
In 2013 Toine was spotted by Saint Music Productions which resulted in a booking for The Pirates of Dolce Vita event. From that moment on Toine got more and more bookings like Dirty Sound and V.I.P. By doing these events, in 2014 Toine was also picked up by BPM Productions and earned a spot as resident DJ for the H.O.M.E.B.A.S.S. event.
In 2014 Toine was booked for the Classic Fantastic event, showing his skills side by side with Dj Jean, Peter Gelderblom en Jaydee.
In 2015 Toine had a fantastic year including one of the Crazyland Events called B.I.T.C.H.
Every Saturday from 19:00 till 20:00 he has his own radio show called T-one in de Mix at Club Dance Radio. He also was asked to show his skills at the Brabantse Wal Festival where he showed his skills, next to for instance Vato Gonzales, Funkerman, D-Wayne and Bobby Rock
In 2016 he started a new radio show, every Friday at an online radio station called Housebeats.fm.
He is asked as Resident DJ for Secret Underground Events and showed his skills at various clubs.
