Biografie
Never ending music versatility comes in the form of Dutch DJ/producers duo Magnificence who are changing the sound of house as we know it.
Whether they are producing at home in the Netherlands or working with artists in a Miami studio, these two are serving up a seemingly endless stream of guest mixes, remixes, and bootlegs that are grabbing the attention of top talent everywhere.
Their sound is as diverse as can be, spanning from tribal chants sampled on their remix of Mory Kante's "I Wouli Ka Don Ke" to deep house cuts featured in their collaborative remix with Jaz von D for Ace Wilder's "Busy Doin' Nothin" this duo is on a fast-‐track for major success. With pieces that have been supported and included in sets at music festivals from senior talent, Magnificence are perfecting the art of producing a wildly different sound while staying totally relevant at the same time.
Their Spinnin' Records debut with Thomas Newson on "Blackwolf" is also grabbing the attention of the public with over 100,000 Soundcloud streams within days of release. This tune has frequently been featured in Martin Garrix's BBC Radio 1 Residency show as well as Afrojack, and Sander van Doorn's radio shows and the track gained instant support by the likes of dj's like Hardwell and Avicii.
After a small first introduction with their 2014 release Blizzard on Nicky Romero's Protocol Recordings, the guys delivered a phenomenal and succesful track early May 2015 called 'Heartbeat'. It dominated the Beatport top 3 for a few consecutive weeks. Heartbeat turned out to be a real Dj and festival favourite with broad support by Tiesto, Sander van Doorn, Nicky Romero, Ummet Ozcan, W&W and many more. Early 2016 Magnificence teams up with Indian DJ and producer Kerano to release their new track 'Breathing' on Spinnin Records. Breathing lands the #1 spot and delivers them a crazy club tour in India in April. Together with Marcus Schossow they release their successful single '1994' in May 2016 on Doorn Records.
With a solid live reputation and some big annoucements to make, this duo makes sure that the future is going to be Magnificence.
