Davoodi

Since he started as a DJ, Davoodi has developed into a versatile player within the scene. Many are charmed by his diverse skills, smoothly blending a variety of harder musical styles. His unusual tactics soon made him a favorite amongst the Belgian party crowds. Additionally, Davoodi picked up producing, releasing his first EP in 2007. Since then he has spent countless hours in the studio, sampling various genres, defining a style of his own.

Since January 2011 Davoodi founded his own record label "Crunk'D Records", which is increasing in popularity since its launch. His first solo album "King Kong" was released on Crunk'D Records late 2011 and has gained quite some popularity amongst his followers and Tek fans.

For Davoodi, the only way is up, as 2012 has already started with some big news - allowing him the opportunity to remix a very popular, internationally acclaimed Major Lazer track "Original Don". Since then Tekstyle has been acknowledged in the EDM scene and it's starting to grow an international fan base. Receiving massive support from Diplo / Crookers / Alvaro, the future brings exciting remixes and collaborations in a variety of styles.
